Here’s that cross I mentioned. Slightly different style than is traditional and featured in today’s other post, but it fit better for a cross that was in relief as opposed to fully carved out.

Absolutely beautiful stonework and carvings. I ought to put up a picture of the Celtic high cross I carved in plaster.

Rough stonework is a favorite of mine. Just think of the time it would take to build that wall.

Very well done, but also light on intricacy. Simplicity can be beautiful.

Simple stonework is still superior to modern industrialist design, in my opinion.

Excellent castle. Very fond of the rough stonework and crenalations. I like the flying buttresses, but I feel there are too many all in the same place. They shouldn’t flock.

A very nice piece which may be the reaper, or just a ghost. I’m especially fond of the style, though it is rarely my own style.

The first of my own artwork to make it on here, this is a Celtic knot. Drawn originally in pencil, then inked and erased. I’m quite pleased with how it came out, excepting the ink drops and a few trouble spots.

Very nice metalwork. Especially the part on the right.
